Cancer That Spreads Quickly

Written in the center

Swastikas, Celtic crosses and neo-Nazi slogan. It is time that the streets of downtown Lugagnano are symbols and writings of this kind that blur the signs or walls buildings. Even in the "Day of Remembrance" the situation has not changed. Just walk along the sidewalks of the main roads of the country to run into or written slogans glorifying Nazism.
Most are concentrated between Via San Francesco and its continuation , via XXVII Aprile, through the center of Lugagnano. Next to the pub St. Patrick, the gate of a house under renovation, is dominated by a written anti-Semitic, "Juden Rauss," interspersed with a swastika. A few steps, always with a black spray paint on the wall and in the same house is shown a Celtic cross. A few meters on the pipes of buildings, dozens of leaflets with other Celtic crosses, interspersed with stickers of far-right parties and the Veneto Front Skinheads, to substitute for writing. Simply move a few hundred meters to see other symbols. Sull 'sign to the bus stop is located in block letters the words "skin" accompanied by the usual swastika. Another stands on the wall of a house. Around the roundabout in Via San Francesco other inscriptions smear the walls surrounding the roundabout. The area
is different but the music does not change. As a Kennedy, behind the church on the wall that borders the football field of the parish says "No no Nazi party, flanked by a double" S ".
Even the sign on via San Francisco signals the beginning of Lugagnano for some time has been daubed with neo-Nazi symbols and writings. But after the list of civic adviser to minority meeting Gianmichele White had submitted an interpellation in the City Council to request the removal of entries, the administration has no sign and did not do more to put back in place. "I hope we can find a bipartisan agreement between the majority and the opposition to no longer tolerate such vandalism serious offending and indignant, "says White. "I hope that after months of waiting gets better the road sign indicating the entrance to the country."
Mayor Walter Mazzi distanced from the episodes in question. "They are signs of incivility that should be deleted," he says. "As soon as we approve the budget (by March 31, ndr) introducing road signs, including entrance to Lugagnano. We are working to adopt a special poster that can be washed. Puliremo daubed the walls, at least those of municipal jurisdiction. For owners of private buildings urge to erase the writing. "
